Property sales teams lose deals between spreadsheets, WhatsApp chats and site-visit diaries. ZevroCRM is our own product: a CRM for builders and property sales teams in India that keeps every enquiry, site visit, follow-up, negotiation and booking in one place.
Challenges
The problem
A property sale runs for months. Enquiries arrive from many places, follow-ups slip, and once a flat is booked, the payment schedule lives in a separate spreadsheet. Most CRMs stop at "deal won", which is exactly where a builder's hardest work begins.

Every buyer moves from enquiry to handover in a single record, so nobody has to piece the story together from chats and sheets.
Payments tied to construction
Payment demands go out when the site reaches a stage, with photographs attached, so collections rest on evidence instead of a calendar.
A workspace per company
Each customer's workspace runs on its own database, so one builder's data never sits next to another's.
Built for Indian sales teams
Site visits, bookings and follow-ups match how property is actually sold in India.
